Digital Learning allows for easy personalization and iteration. The challenge to make students’ final products show their personality is engaging. Teaching students that their finished product can be changed, made different, and made better is tricky, especially when students are trying hard the first time they complete an assignment. Remixing allows students to tweak what they think is good work into something even better.
This session will take a look at remixing through several projects and ideas. We will use Google Docs, Scratch, Picmonkey, and/or Tinkercad to talk about graphic design, coding, image manipulation, and/or 3D design -- as well as how these programs can be useful in the classroom setting.
